Ah! So good! :)

Well, there's nothing like the smell of baking bread in your kitchen!!! *deep breaths* I made bread nearly all day yesterday. I think I let it rise a total of six hours....but it was worth the wait! It tasted as delicious as it smelled!!! *mouth watering* I took a loaf over to my neighbor to share in my excitement over my bread turning out...as men just kinda consume it so they can't really tell you what they think. I think the word "good" about sums up all emotion and feeling about anything, to include taste...so I knew my neighbor would tell me what she thought....:) I used my good friend LeAnn's recipe. Whole wheat flour and honey....I had some raw honey on hand I bought from Barb's Organic Garden at the farmer's market a couple weekends ago. Good stuff! I made the bread by hand this time instead of the machine,,,which is why it took a long time...but it turns out so much better....I also forgot to use half whole wheat/half white flour...but it turned out anyway and sliced very nicely, so I shall stick to whole wheat:)
