I'm in the sewing mood, so I should strike while the iron is hot! :) I made my first heart-shaped door hanger from some scraps of Moda's fabrics:) and some pink satin ribbon, finished it off with a blue button! I think I'll make a bunch of these and fill them with lavender instead of the cotton! I have this one hanging in my big window in my sewing room...but they would look adorable on my french doors or shabby chic hutch!
I was looking for more storage ideas for my sewing room. I needn't look any further as I have a ton of these little tea cups my sister picked up from a thrift store! So they now have a home on my sunny window seal and hold my buttons and flower petals!!!
