Moving again....

It's official...we are moving next summer to Germany...actually more like the end of spring...looks like we'll be spending the summer in Europe!

How about that?
I thought I'd get another summer here to climb more peaks in the Adirondacks, I'm just thankful I got to do Mt. Marcy. I've got to cram in all the stuff I wanna see and do before we leave here.

Never say never...I said I would never want to live overseas again...just visit when I get a hankering to see something new, but I want to always come back home to America....Well, like I said, never say you won't ....cuz I'm about to go settle for about three years on another continent.

It is bittersweet. I will HATE to leave my friends and family...BUT I'm excited about the opportunities and possibilities that await us in Europe. I've always wanted to go back to Switzerland where my little brother was buried...to the little village I walked to school, walked everywhere...our neighbors who were dairy farmers are probably still there....maybe the one room schoolhouse I attended.
I thought I'd post some old pics of me last time I was in Europe! Excuse the quality...I had to take a picture of the pics!
This is a photo of the Mattihorn...would love to hike this!
This is Lake Geneva...and it's Geyser.
This is a picture of my mom, me and my grandma.
This is the little cemetary where my brother Stephen is buried...in our little village where we lived.
Mom and siblings at the lake swimming~
My family~ I'm in the red with the ponytails!

I have a friend who is German and is going to give language lessons till we leave.

Excited about traveling again....meeting new people, experiencing new things, seeing new sights, facing new adventures, living life to the fullest.

Okay, so I am not really all that excited about this move, I mean really first you move like 45 minutes away and now like 45 hrs what am I going to do? Well I guess I will just have to turn lemons into lemonade-I am coming to Germany-Do you think you will have room for 7 people to stay with you? Seriously though we will miss you tremendously and maybe this will be our excuse to travel to Europe.
