Merry Christmas

Remember, this Christmas,
while you are eating your dinners and laughing,
that in another house
there is an empty chair
where a hero should be sitting.
They gave their life
so that you can sit with your family.
So light a candle this Christmas
for our fallen heroes that did not make it back
...and for those still serving
in Iraq, Afghanistan, or elsewhere....
Remember this Christmas,
the story of Christ's birth,
the reason He came to earth,
to die for the sin of all mankind,
to offer forgiveness,
and an eternal home in Heaven,
to all who believe.
"And the angel said, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
And suddenly there was a with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace, good will toward men.
Luke 2: 9,10, 12, 13
